Airbnb for Work dashboard at a glance
Here’s a quick overview of some of the functions you can access from your Airbnb for Work dashboard to help manage your business travel program:
The Trips tab
You can view active and upcoming trips by each business traveler. You can also view business trips by status, including confirmed, active, and completed trips, and trips that need attention. The trips are also geotagged on a Google Map so you can quickly and easily see your business travelers in real-time if the company needs to contact anyone in an emergency.
The Reporting tab
Displays guest nights booked, total spend, and ADR company-wide at the top of the page. From the Reporting tab you can also view all company business travel or trips month-to-date, by traveler. These displays include trip dates, number of nights, total price, ADR, and payee. The business travel information can be exported as a CSV from this tab.
The People tab
To add business travelers at your company to your Airbnb for Work dashboard, share your unique company link. To do this, click “Invite” on the top right and a link will be generated automatically. Once employees confirm their work emails, you can then book and manage their business travel.
After employees sign up with their emails, they can also request role changes from “traveler” to “trip planner” or “admin” from the portal. If you are an admin, you will be notified and can approve or deny the request. Additionally, admins can search for the traveler’s name and select “change roles” to upgrade their permissions.
