airbnb for work dashboard for travel management

Airbnb for Work dashboard at a glance

Here’s a quick overview of some of the functions you can access from your Airbnb for Work dashboard:

Airbnb for Work Dashboard trips

The Trips tab

You can view active and upcoming trips by each employee. You can also view trips by status, including confirmed, active, and completed trips, and trips that need attention. The trips are also geotagged on a Google Map so you can quickly and easily see your employees in real-time if the company needs to contact anyone in an emergency.

Airbnb for Work Dashboard Reporting

The Reporting tab

Displays guest nights booked, total spend, and ADR company-wide at the top of the page. From the Reporting tab you can also view all company trips or trips month-to-date, by traveler. These displays include trip dates, number of nights, total price, ADR, and payee. The information can be exported as a CSV from this tab.

Dashboard traveler list

The People tab

To add people at your company to your Airbnb for Work dashboard, share your unique company link. To do this, click “Invite” on the top right and a link will be generated automatically. Once employees confirm their work emails, you can then book and manage their trips.

After employees sign up with their emails, they can also request role changes from “traveler” to “trip planner” or “admin” from the portal. If you are an admin, you will be notified and can approve or deny the request. Additionally, admins can search for the traveler’s name and select “change roles” to upgrade their permissions.
